ACSA National Summit 2016 – ACFI Cuts – Effects on Providers and Strategies to Cope with Change

Ansell Strategic hosted a breakfast session as this years ACSA National Summit held in Hobart, Tasmania. David Cox, Head of Operational Strategy gave a presentation examining the full impact of the ACFI changes for not-for-profit providers, highlighting strategies that can be implemented to maximise both resident outcomes and ongoing sustainability. David also discussed alternative funding models that could replace the existing ACFI tool.
