Sara has undertaken a number of quantitative market reviews for businesses in the aged care and retirement living sectors. These have included comprehensive research on demographic and competitive forces within catchment areas to assist with new developments, redevelopments or Merger and Acquisition (M&A) transactions.
She also has expertise in qualitative market research, such as developing surveys, moderating focus group interviews and mystery shopping.
Sara has assisted our clients with developing innovative service and operating models for both existing and new developments. In transaction projects she has assist with the preparation of information memorandums and data room management. She has worked with both for-profit and not-for-profit providers in divestments, acquisitions and development feasibility in both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
